We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service selected at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FORM BLANCHE reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
